Engineering degree in agriculture, University of Giessen.
Post-graduate studies: Environmental Engineering, water protection, TU Braunschweig.

Experienced in the field of waste treatment, analyses of pollutants, soil protection, resource management, renewable resources. Also: new media, internet and management of data banks, information management and PR work.
With IfUL Müllheim (Institute for land management, compatible to environmental requirements) up to Dec 2001, prior to that freelancing in EDP, project manager with Society of Soil- and Water Ecology, scientific assistant at the Department of Landscape Ecology and Resources Management at Justus-Liebig Universität in Giessen.

Dr. Karl Müller-Sämann

Dr. sc. agr., Engineering degree in agriculture, University of Hohenheim and Giessen.

A free-lance consultant and project co-ordinator. Specialises in crop science, mixed cultivation technology, erosion protection, eco-viability studies for renewable resources, geographic information systems. Numerous publications, i. a. two books on soil fertility in tropical zones. To March 2002 with IfUL, prior to that for 7 years for GTZ (German Society for Technical Co-operation) / University of Hohenheim at CIAT Research Centre in South America.
